Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application TOKIDOKEI (the "App") provided by Fuji Bit Inc. ("we"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or redistributing the App is prohibited.

2. Subscription (TOKIDOKEI Pro)

• Product: TOKIDOKEI Pro
• Length: 1 month (auto-renewing)
• Price: ¥150 per month (tax included; pricing may change in the future)
• Free trial: 7 days for new subscribers. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Auto-renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal will be charged at the then-current price.
• Cancellation:
  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → TOKIDOKEI → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → TOKIDOKEI → Cancel Subscription
• Refunds: Refunds are governed by Apple and Google policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Pro features: No ads, 1.5x crystal earn rate, 5 Freeze Days per month, Pro-only high-difficulty quests.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Acts that violate laws or public order
• Acts that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties
• Modifying, reverse engineering, or redistributing the App
• Exploiting vulnerabilities of the App
• Imposing excessive load on our servers or networks

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or to third parties who have rightfully granted us their rights.

5. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Changes and Termination

We may modify, add to, remove from, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this site. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notice or our website.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court for the first instance.
